The Yacht Club is currently accepting reservation deposits based on the marina site plan. Anticipated closing will begin in early May 2008. The inventory is limited to a total of 120 wet and dry boat slips. Prospective slip purchasers can purchase a slip with a current tenant, based on first come-first served basis.

The Yacht Club is limited to only 120 total wet and dry boat slips, with reservations to date on nearly 20% of the available inventory. Pricing ranges from $49,500 to $249,500 and the common assessment averages less than $190 monthly.
