The Sebastian River Marina and Yacht Club is located in close proximity to some of the most desirable areas of the state. The Yacht Club has direct frontage on US 1, and is only 1 1/2 hour drive from Orlando and less than 15 miles from Vero Beach. Local area attractions include the Pelican Island National Wildlife Refuge, the Disney Beach Resort, Sebastian Inlet State Park as well as miles of public beach access north and south of the Sebastian Inlet.

Fishing and boating in the Sebastian Inlet area are some of the best in the state. The Sebastian Inlet is famous for its inshore snook, redfish, tarpon and sea trout fisheries. Anglers venturing out the inlet can catch migrating tarpon, kingfish, spanish mackerel and cobia along the beaches. Ledges starting in the 70 foot depth provide excellent bottom fishing opportunities with species to include snappers, grouper, lobsters and other common reef dwellers. The waters further offshore of the inlet provide ample opportunities for anglers to pursue dolphin, sailfish, wahoo and the occasional blue marlin. |
